Hosted Events
One person is generally in charge of hosted events. These events require RSVP’s.
Unhosted Events
Unhosted events are generally held in public locations and do not require RSVP’s. If you’d like to participate, just show up!
Playgroups
Children are divided into groups determined by the year they were born. Once each month one member hosts a playgroup at their home or in a park.
Fitness Group
Activities include power walks and gym workouts.
Cooking Club
Each month moms get together to share recipes. The event is hosted by one member who chooses a food theme. If you wish to participate in this event you are asked to RSVP notating the dish you plan to bring. Also, bring copies of your famed recipe for other moms to test out!
Mom's Night Out
Offering dads the chance to spend some quality time with their youngsters and moms the chance to have some fun without them! Activities vary and we always welcome suggestions.
Birthday in the Park
Bimonthly we gather to celebrate two months of birthdays. Invitations are sent out to the birthday kids.
Coffee Talk
Semimonthly event offering a great opportunity for moms and kids to get together and relax.
Kid's Crafts
Hosted at a member’s home or even in a park, this event provides our children an opportunity to express themselves creatively through art. This event generally requires a small fee (no more than $10.00). It usually lasts for approximately one hour.
Field Trips
Special excursions are planned once per month. These trips can take us as far as Sea World or as close at the Coto Firehouse. Some of these trips do require fees.
Babysitting Co-Op
Members who are interested in trading kids on occasion may participate in the babysitting co-op.
Park Days
Once a month the Moms and kids get together at a local park or neighborhood for a few hours.
